How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is Worldwide €8 Flat Rate.
Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Shipping is handled by The Print Space. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany studios depending on your location.
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
All orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days (it may slightly vary,
depending on your location). You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.
Estimated Average Shipping Times.
- Europe: 3-5 Business Days
- USA & Canada: 7-9 Business Days
- Rest of the World: Up to 10 Business Days
Please note that around the holidays it may take an extra week or two for your order to arrive. If your order is taking longer than expected, please send me an email!
Can I return my order?
I want you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me within 30 days to return your order for a full refund.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, I will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
If your order arrives damaged, please send me a photo that shows the condition of the print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number at info@chiaratribulato.com and I will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
I'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.
