I want you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me within 30 days to return your order for a full refund.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however, in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, I will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
If your order arrives damaged, please send me a photo that shows the condition of the print and certificate of authenticity, as well as the order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and I, will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
I'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.Other questions?
